Hey. Over the past year, I lost an estimated 40 lbs. Knowing that I made that much progress just by eating better and going on lots of walks has motivated me to work on fitness now. Its hard to stay motivated, but tumblr is always a good place to help with that. Hopefully this will help me make supportive friends, stay motivated, and learn new tips and tricks.
