I love making individual size portions… that way not matter what I can’t “trick” myself into thinking that I have eaten less than I really have!!

YAY! Finally remembered to post a pic.
This is on my door. I’ve found it to be good encouragement so far to not skip workouts or to do extra ones! (yes I am in my 20’s and making decisions in order to get more “gold stars”)
Hoping to fill this thing up with stars and cross off a large chunk of weight goals by May!
