YAY! Finally remembered to post a pic.  This is on my door. I’ve found it to be good encouragement so far to not skip workouts or to do extra ones! (yes I am in my 20’s and making decisions in order to get more “gold stars”)  Hoping to fill this thing up with stars and cross off a large chunk of weight goals by May!

Hey. Over the past year, I lost an estimated 40 lbs. Knowing that I made that much progress just by eating better and going on lots of walks has motivated me to work on fitness now. Its hard to stay motivated, but tumblr is always a good place to help with that. Hopefully this will help me make supportive friends, stay motivated, and learn new tips and tricks.
